Neutral Grades
QLS-2012, QLS-2066, and QLS-2007 are candidates for applications requiring oil-soluble calcium sulfonate functionality with relatively low alkalinity.
Neutral and overbased calcium sulfonates for detergent additive systems, acid neutralization, corrosion protection, and lubricating grease manufacturing.
QLS offers low-alkalinity neutral grades, highly overbased calcium sulfonates, and selected white-mineral-oil and synthetic-oil variants. Choose a grade based on the properties of your finished formulation and the technical requirements of your process.
QLS-2012, QLS-2066, and QLS-2007 are candidates for applications requiring oil-soluble calcium sulfonate functionality with relatively low alkalinity.
QLS-206 and QLS-207 supply higher alkalinity reserves for lubricant and grease-related applications.
QLS-206WO, QLS-207WO, and QLS-207SO6 provide selected carrier-oil options for specialized formulations.

Depending on the grade, calcium sulfonates can be evaluated in engine and industrial lubricating oils, detergent and acid-neutralizing additive packages, calcium sulfonate greases, and corrosion-preventive formulations.
Selected registered ingredients may also be evaluated for lubricants used in food-processing machinery. The registration of an ingredient does not certify the finished lubricant.
QLS combines focused manufacturing experience with technical support for grade selection and qualification. We can discuss property requirements and product differences as you evaluate potential ingredients.
